Express color block dress in a blue, black and off white color. The dress is very flattering on because the color blocking makes your waist look smaller and makes you look longer. It has an aline skater skirt style as it flows out at the waist. It is lined from the waist down and the lining is stretchy. The outside material is not. In excellent condition with only two small flaws; a very tiny stain at the top front and two small “blue” stains at the very bottom front (see photos of me pointing to them).
