Express Side Tie V-Neck Blouse

New, never worn burgundy Express side tie V-neck blouse. Still with tag. Colour: Burgundy Size: it says extra small but would be better suited for those that wear small or medium since it has a much looser fitting than I thought (which is why I’m selling it). Would be great for transitioning into fall, especially with that burgundy colour!
