Express black dress

Black dress with mesh panelling around shoulders, waist, and bottom of dress. Excellent condition. Stretchy material and very comfy! Flares out at the waist. Worn 3 times. Zipper fully functional and zips up smoothly. I am 5’9 and the dress falls a bit above my knees.
