Express black dress lace back & upper chest form fitted back zipper size 4P NWT

This little black dress is by Express and still has its tags. The top is trimmed by lace over the upper part as well as the back from the waist up. it is sleeveless and firm fitted The dress is lined it is a size 4P and has a total length of 30 inches. From shoulder to waist is 13 inches and the chest is 30 inches just under the arms. (CL1)
