Express little black skirt large/small sequins back zipper fully lined size 4

This mini skirt is completely covered in sequins. Some tiny and some are large. This makes a series of vertical stripes. It is by Express and still has original tags. it is fully lined and contoured to fit. It is a size 4 and has a waist that measures 28 inches and it is a total of 14 inches in length. (12)
