Express mock neck dress with cut outs

Express striped (black and white) dress, mock neck and sleeveless with side cut- outs. Only worn once. Nice length. doesnt show bum when u bend over ( longer than photo shows). Cutouts are also low enough that they dont show bra straps. Im typically a small, but this medium fits me fine
