This blouse is by Express. 100% polyester. It is red with gold coloured buttons trimming the sleeves and closing a slit in the sleeves. The sleeves have a slight bell shape and the neckline is a deep V. It is a size small and is 22 1/2 inches from shoulder seam to hem and is 19 inches from armpit to armpit when laying flat. (5)
