Bead and sequin intact (see image). Front waistband 3 - threads stretched. Beads and sequins intact (see image). 3 - missing sequins and beads (6+ included in mending kit). Side note, it’s difficult to notice these imperfections due to the amount of embellishment on this garment. I purchased the shirt not even realizing.
