Exquisite vintage 14k gold ring with genuine opal in heart-shape setting: size 6

This extraordinary ring features a 4x6 mm oval opal blazing from a raised golden heart setting. It is marked 14K and GENUINE GEMS inside the band. I received it in the 80s but haven't worn it in recent years, and, sadly, it no longer fits very well. The stone, setting (including prongs) and band are all in excellent condition.
