Extra full Maxi Crinoline

Maxi length, extra full crinoline, 3 layers of tulle, the inside is like a slip for comfort as seen in last pic. Waist unstretched approx 13” stretching to 22” and a bit more Length approx 36” In very good condition. Used once. One small hole 1/2” is all I could find.
