Extraordinary Vintage Blouse I love everything about this blouse! The draped collar is so elegant and the pattern is just SO interesting. You can see it best in the second picture the extra layer of pattern in the fabric. The shirt itself has a black confetti polka dot pattern and then there's the dotted shimmering pattern that presents itself in the light. Button up-all buttons but one covered button at top are hidden. Same beautiful buttons on sleeves. In excellent preloved condition.
