Extremely rare and unusual pin "Steward of Pigeons"

This is a very old and very unusual pin or brooch. "British Farmer’s Association Steward of Pigeons" made of brass and enamel. The clasp is a non safety clasp, attesting to its age. In very good condition. There are a couple of small tarnish marks and some discoloration of the banner above “British” but in remarkable condition for its age. Size: 1 5/8" x 1 3/4".
