Eye-catching dress

Really sorry about the title 'eye-catching dress' but I really didn't know what else to call it! Unfortunately I can't read the brand name. Anyway, this IS actually an eye-catching dress. Orange, blue and black with gold trim. Long gold zipper down the back. Pockets are actually real and not fake! Fully lined. Bought in a second hand / vintage shop but I've never actually worn it, so time to clear out some room in my closet! I would call it a size M; measurements in photos.
