Bnwot - This beautiful rich blue is stunning . There are cute button details down the front . This dress also has adjustable spaghetti straps. Elastic starch back and Elastic at waist with good stretch . There is a silky slip under the skirt is shorter than the dress so the light passes through the eyelets when it’s worn. (The dress is not sheer just the bottom eyelets are exposed ) I have tried this dress on but never actually wore it for the occasion I bought it for and I want room in my closet for other things .
