F21 Black Velvet & Sequin Dress

This beautiful spaghetti strap dress has a black velvet base with double sided silver/black sequins all over it in a beautiful design. As can be seen in the 2nd and 3rd photos, you can swipe your hands on the sequins to make them black or silver, which makes for a fun party trick 🤪 I am very sad to part with this piece - it looks absolutely beautiful on, but I have only worn it for one occasion.
