F21 Floral Print Wrap Mini Dress

A cute black and floral mini dress from Forever 21. In great condition, only worn twice and laundered. A wrap dress style, stitched together in the bottom with an adjustable tie on the bust. Flared detail on the hem and bell sleeves. Size small but fits a little snug, waist measures around 12” laid flat. On the shorter side, about 31” from shoulder to hem. Neck is a deep V, but can be adjusted with the wrap. Very flattering on, but no longer fits me- give it a new home!
