Size small, from forever 21. The dress has 2 layers at the bottom - on top is a long (maxi), sheer, flowy part that is on top of an opaque black shorter lining. The top is not sheer. It’s so flattering and works for many occasions! Looks good by itself or pair it with a belt. In gently used condition. No flaws to note.
