@justplanejackie Yes, 13 inches at the waist. So a 26. No stretch.

@elysse_marie yes, 13 inch waist lying flat. So for a 26. No stretch. From the top of the bodice to the crotch is 24 inches. the tie at the back gives it lots of room up top but the waist is snug.
