It’s pullover style (worn by pulling the top over the head) and there’s no stretch to the fabric and no elastic or zippers added to make it easier to put on. The part under the bust (14” laid flat) is the section of the top that may be a bit tricky to get on pullover style, since there’s no elastic or zipper. Once on, the top has a relaxed fit. Preloved, with some light wear to the beads on the tassels. The seam came undone on the side - so I did have a seamstress repair this. Measurements (taken laid flat, approximate): pit to pit 16.5”; under bust (most narrow part of the top) 14”; length from top of sleeve to bottom hem 24.5”
