FASHIONABLE BLACK WIND/RAIN JACKET

This stylish black jacket with ruching is wind and rain resistant. The size tag says US 10 but this does not seem correct given it fits me with only a little room and I’m a size 4/6. Please see measurements. EUC. Snap front.
