pontbriand11 @katmrj ptp is 21 inches! The fabric is 78% terylene 20% rayon 2% spandex (as per their website!) it's quite soft and sturdy, feels like wool imo except not itchy!

pontbriand11 @katmrj no probs! It's been sold out for a while now and won't be returning as far as I know, but it's made out of the same material as other garments in their 'business' collection like the brown and grey micro mini skirts and the breastfeeding blazers!
