FERGIE platform sandals for women size 9 but fit like a size 8

Nice pair of FERGIE platform sandals in a size 9 but they fit more like a size 8. The top part of the sandals are in a glossy type black fabric and the platform part is in a wood like material and are 5 3/4 inches high. The sandals are in a very good pre-owned condition
