When you get a chance, can you measure the width of the thigh? I have trouble fitting my quads in many jeans. Also, is there any stretch/elastane/lycra/etc?

@izzybeegee hi!! sry for taking so long. it's been quite the day of long lines lol. So as for stretch...YES they have stretch!! On the tag it says 62% Cotton/38% PES? I don't know what that is.
Measurements Laying Flat:
Thigh: Looks about 8.5" and goes up another inch to 9.5 closer to the crotch.
Mid Calf: 8"
Knee: 7.25"
Bottom Hem: 9.5"
