FLAW- Esther Williams polka dot bikini bottom

Purchased this NWOT from someone who removed the tags and washed the item once. Slight wash wear since it appears the out it in the machine. The white marks in the photo could be due to this. I never wore it, only hand washed once. High waisted retro bikini bottom only. Pinup style is flattering and hides the tummy a bit. Please review sizing for this brand since it runs a bit small. Tag is 14. Blue is a little darker than stock photo. Small mark on the inside per last photo
