FLORAL COTTAGECORE TOPSHOP SKIRT

A cottagecore aesthetic dream skirt (perfect for spring/summer picnics)!! This Topshop skirt buttons up and has a tie that can be worn in the front or back (and is great for adjusting if it fits a little loose around the waist!). This skirt has never been worn! I purchased it for myself without trying it on in store-I removed the tags before trying it on at home but it did not fit:( Tag says US 4 but it runs a little small as there is no stretch.
