Hi, I’ve had no problems. I used it a few times, but mainly it is just sitting there with me feeling guilty about not using it…so I decided to try and sell it.
I am not sure if the cord is right for it, but I don’t have another one and it doesn’t fit anything else I own, so I assume it came with it. It charges the device completely, but when you plug it in, it doesn’t look like it goes all the way in. I bought it from Sephora brand new, so I think it is supposed to be like that.
