FOREVER 21 Lace Overlay Corset Neckline Dress

Pretty dress from Forever 21 with short sleeves and black lace with a cream coloured lining below. The neckline has a stylish criss cross string like a corset. Back has a zipper closure. Please note there is no blue in the sleeves that is just my curtains behind when I took the photo! The sleeves are just lace without any lining. Pit to pit is 20” (and can stretch!) Length is 37”
