FOREVER 21 | Statement necklace

Very good condition. Super ornate costume jewelry necklace. Looks cute with a LBD or even with a plain white tee and jeans. Adjustable sizing at the neck with lobster clasp closure. Note: You can see from the pics there is a little bit of tarnishing on the metal, but overall the necklace is in great shape for being a costume jewelry piece!
