FRANK & OAK / NWT the skinny high waisted legging

Bought for myself but ended up being quite too small. Would fit a size small best imo. Waistband is quite firm so I wasn’t comfortable (28-20 waist). Legs are more forgiving stretch wise lol. Tags still attached. Will be fully lint rolled before shipping . (Inches) Waist : 13 Rise : 10,5 Inseam : 28 *please note I have cats around, so I try my best getting rid of the hairs with proper washing and lint rollers before shipping
