NWT Free People 2 piece matching top and shirt. Seems like the skirt may have been worn and it is uneven. That might be the look but in great condition everywhere else. Tag size is Small but please refer to flat measurements in inches. The fabric does have a stretch to it so please consider this when looking at the measurements.
