This piece is GORGEOUS! It has 3/4 length puff sleeves and is made with multiple types of lace patches. It has a nice drapey feel over the shoulders in a dolman style cut. It has a Victorian neckline, which is fastened by lace covered buttons in the back of the neck, which opens to a beautiful cut out between the shoulders. It's sheer over the bust as well, and the arms, and has a lightweight slip sewn into the rest of the body. The vibe is very boho meets baroque. Or perhaps classy cowgirl, pastel goth, or whimsy witch. In rich and vibrant cornflower blue.
