brendakirby I bought a beautiful petite sweater from you and I Love it. I am very new to POSH. Can you tell me about buyer projection that I get on some of my purchases? is there a dollar amount or something?

abluecanary @brendakirby glad you love it! Do you mean the buyer protection fee? That’s part of what posh charges (in addition to the sellers fee they take from me). They provide protection so that if a seller sends you something that’s not as described, has damage they didn’t disclose, or is somehow the incorrect item, they’ll ensure you can return it and not get charged. They have a system that protects buyer and seller from scammers.
