Fabletics Neon Green and Black Full Length Legging

Fabletics neon green and black ribbed, high rise leggings. These are a thick material. Waist band comes above mentioned belly button. These leggings don't slip down on me when I'm running. The more stretched the fabric is, the more neon green appears relative to the black. Size small (sorry I ripped the tag out) and fit me, I'm generally a small or medium and 5'4".
