Fabulous Anthro navy & white pencil skirt w/red stitch and polka dot waistband

Fabulous Anthropologie Baraschi navy and white pencil skirt with larger polka dot waistband. Very slight ruching down each side of front of skirt with red zig zag stitch over ruching. Back of skirt has invisible zip and hook and eye closure. Back Kick. Skirt is fully lined. The material had a very slight look of quilting to it as per last photo. This is a beautiful fun skirt.
