Fabulous floppy Pat

This is a wonderful hat with a 4 inch frame I have taken some tax in the lining as shown in the picture to fit my extremely small head so I would say right now it fits a small or you can undo the basting I’ve done and it would fit a medium to large as well. Only worn it once so it’s time to let someone else enjoy it
