Fabulous skirt with hidden side pockets

This is a “retro” Express skirt in great condition. I’ve loved this skirt for a long while but it no longer fits. It says it’s a size 4 but it’s always fit like a size 0 or small 2. Waist is about 26 inches. And sits higher up. Has a part zipper and clasp in the back. See pics. No visible staining or damage I can see. It’s really a great skirt.
