Fabulous teal blouse

I love this blouse! It just doesn't fit. Dress it up or wear it casual. Sweet frills around neck, down the front and on the sleeves. Crinkled materal with full buttons down the front. The colour is teal/ green, not really blue like it shows in the pic. Easy wear, easy care.
