Fabulous vibrant sleeveless blouse

Gorgeous colours in this classy top that you can dress up or down. All lined and has a side zipper. Tags are removed, but I’ve actually never wore it.I’ve had it for 3 years hanging in my closet, and keep trying it on but it’s still too tight. Time to let someone look fabulous in it!
