Face forward de Passillé Sylvestre belt buckle

Quebec artisans Micheline de Passillé and Yves Sylvestre produced some of the most bold and distinctive modernist enamel jewelry and accessories of the 1960's and 1970's. DPS pieces were given by the Canadian and Quebec governments to such visitors as Madame Charles de Gaulle and Princess Grace of Monaco! This abstract belt buckle, about 1-1/2" X just under1-1/4", is in very good condition. Will accommodate a narrow belt of up to a half inch or a little more.The signature is somewhat hidden under the hardware on the back. Cross listed in Women's and Men's markets.
