I’m in a little shop crazy around Christmas. I bought this for myself along with way too many other things got it from the bay I believe I got it for 30% off originally $77 as you can see from the tag on the back.(so about $55) to go to the box try to use it a couple times just got it. I’m sure there’s benefits to it. I just don’t see myself remembering to do this says on the back and should be done 5 to 10 minutes a day gives you instructions on directions, and what you should do..
