Faithfull Mona polka dot cropped top w/ puffy sleeves & peplum waist. This cutie has faux buttons up front and elasticized puffy oversized sleeves. The back has a tie up belt and a zipper that runs down to the peplum. Fabric has a bit of a textured weave appearance that I tried to show in the pics. Note:The right side has a few loose stitches beside the side belt/peplum area- it has not come undone, just a bit loose (no hole); please see last photo. pink lilac color
