Could you give some flat measurements and precise if it is stretchy or not and what kind of material? Thks

@verop It's 100% rayon and not stretchy, though I'd say this style is more forgiving due to the wide legs and the tie at the back. Sizing is consistent with the size chart: 28" waist, 38.5" hip, 35.5" bust.
