Those boots were purchased on Poshmark. I paid for them $600 and the seller said they were authentic, unfortunately they were counterfeit. >First 6 pictures are counterfeit boots >7,8 pictures (or last 2 pictures) are authentic/real Chanel boots. I opened the return case with Poshmark. The seller was very rude, not cooperative and kept saying that the boots were authentic. Unfortunately, the only real thing, was the tag from the RealReal company, that was attached to the fake boots. I even paid the Dr Runway (authentication company)to check the authenticity of the boots and they did confirm what I already knew, the boots were FAKE!! Even after that, she kept saying, they were authentic 🤥!! Poshmark ruled in my favour and I got my money back and return the fake boots. The reason I made this listing is because it’s affecting everyone else on Poshmark, it’s affecting honest sellers, potential buyers and the company ( it can happen to anyone), specially the first time buyers. If you make a purchase over $700, Poshmark will authenticate the item for Free, but anything below ( like $699) is shipped directly to the buyer. If you’re not sure about the purchase, PLEASE ASK OTHER POSHERS, Posh ambassadors and they will help you out. PLEASE REMEMBER- there are many good and honest sellers here!! Poshmark is a good place to shop. If any of you need my help with anything, please let me know and I’ll do my best. Comments are Welcome 💕 Thank you Stay Safe and All the Best 😊.

matinee3791 @maryamrex I apologize for my late reply and thank you for your comment😊. Unfortunately it’s not my first experience with this type of seller, but this one was the worst. Unfortunately I’m not the only one she sold the counterfeit items and claimed they were authentic, but hopefully I was the last one ( at least on Poshmark) In my opinion, Poshmark should involve authorities because it wasn’t a one time thing and she still sells on Poshmark.

thewoolybunny There’s a girl on here selling fake products(whom you have commented on). She is a local person (in my area) and buys knock offs from China and also sells them on FB. The prices on here very inflated compared to her FB prices. When she’s asked she says it’s a gift although she has various sizes and colours. It’s very annoying people are being taken advantage of! I’ve reported her and her products but I guess poshmark doesn’t care! Just be aware! 🙂

matinee3791 @thewoolybunny Thank you for your comment!! This fake boots I purchased here from @sstylist…… I don’t know if we are talking about the same person. Yes, the worst thing is that she’s still selling on Poshmark. She have genuine designer items, but what ever she sold below $700 is more likely fake. She priced the Items $695 , so they don’t go to Poshmark for authentication. Everything over $700 goes first to Poshmark for authentication process.

matinee3791 She found a way to make quick money. She used real tags from The Real Real company and attached them to counterfeit boots and was saying that she purchased them from the The Real Real company. She had couple more items for $695 with the tags from The RR company but after I won the case, she removed all of them.

matinee3791 @thewoolybunny Unfortunately, I noticed that she sold many more items before. I just hope that, more people realize what kind of a person she is. All the best 🤗!!

thewoolybunny @matinee3791 no actually it’s a different seller, there are too many of them on poshmark and it’s getting out of control sadly.

matinee3791
matinee3791 @thewoolybunny Unfortunately it’s true. One thing if someone buys fake item knowingly, another if they buy fake believing it’s authentic. Those types of sellers should be held accountable for it. Plain and Simple.

matinee3791 @galedeanna I thing everyone should know about this and believe me, this one was the worst. I’m sure I wasn’t the first person she sold fake item as authentic but hopefully the last ( at least onPoshmark) and a lot of items she sold below $700 ( priced $695) were fake.

galedeanna @matinee3791 that person should be banned in my opinion there are scalpers here too on me Figured that out real fast but they lie and create such a drama story fell For once 🙄
Mar 20Reply
matinee3791
matinee3791 @galedeanna I agree with you 100% that they should be banned, unfortunately in this case, she’s still on Poshmark.

galedeanna @matinee3791 who is it do I can see if I’m following her and if I am I want to unfollow
Mar 20Reply
galedeanna
galedeanna @matinee3791 And that is so unfortunate because that is a lot of money and I can’t even believe that Poshmark isn’t banning them honestly I think there have to be some rules and sometimes I even question Poshmark’s authentication

michele7875 @galedeanna I agree. Poshmark should do something about the obvious fraud going on. It’s sad that some people have to resort to unethical behaviour to make a few dollars!! Shame on Poshmark , shame on them. Thanks for the advice!! Stay cool!!💵🤬

galedeanna
galedeanna @michele7875 who would we contact in particular I wonder it’s ridiculous or ones who says they mailed your item and ghosted you not even once but twice and bold face lie should be kicked off of poshmark also
Apr 07Reply
michele7875
michele7875 @galedeanna Yup. I agree. But everyone knows bottom line…..it’s all about the money!! You could possibly try the Better Business Bureau. Idk but really something should be done if it just keeps happening over and over again. Ridiculous!!👍😎

nicolekendall40 Wow. The above difference is SO obvious, but only if u know what you are looking for. If Poshmark is refusing to ban sellers like this, more people need to REPORT. Over and over...but then again criminal minds will always figure out a way to get past this. It's ridiculous already. 😒
