@lamb666 HI. Not sure what you want for measurements but it is a UK size 14-16 or MEDIUM. Shoulder to Hem length is 38" and arm length from shoulder to cuff is 26"

@lamb666 yes to zipper and belt. Zipper goes all the way up to the top so it would cover your chin if zipped up all the way
