muffypuff @fancy_nancy8 I think that it entirely depends on how narrow one's arms and shoulders are. Even so, being in Canada, wearing winter coats or thick outer garments is more a common thing, and wearing this on the shoulder would look a bit odd - just in my personal opinion.
