@darochf it would definitely fit a small - I’m more of a small and it fits me perfectly. The waist is adjustable
It’s sooo beautiful in person! Even if you wear it as an open kimono with a pair of jeans, it’s gorgeous! I got so many compliments on it when I wore it (only wore once)

@akafashion I get your point, but the skirt of the dress will only stretch so far and accommodate a certain width of hips haha! Could you please just lie the dress down flat so it hangs or falls the way it’s supposed to and measure the hips and waist? Thank you so much!
