Fun and unique cropped sweater with puff sleeves from Fashion Brand Company by Penelope Gazin. 100% cotton. One of the panes in the window was sewn in twisted. I received the sweater this way, but kept it as it doesn’t bother me. No other flaws to note, great used condition.
