used cool jacket. it is like velour but then half of it looks to be professionally distressed in a pattern so that it is just a mesh fabric. it looks really neat but is not meant to be warm. it says size 10 what is maybe a Small jacket or a Medium. There is collar and buttons up the front and button cuffs.
