Brown bubbled fabric crop to work one ballon sleeve. Perfect paired with a skirt or dress pant. Front and back look identical. The body of the top is lined in a jersey fabric. Pit to pit is approximately 14" and stretches to 17". Length of the top from the shoulder down is 14". New but missing tag.
