Fashion Preferred Jack Liebman Vintage Women’s Sequins Beaded Silk Dress Size 10

I am thinking this dress is from the 1960s or 1970s, but I can’t find enough information to say for certain. Regardless, this is a breathtakingly beautiful dress, that shimmers in the light! It is in good condition, although there are some small marks, as well as what seems to be a water mark on bottom of dress. The sequins and beading are also in good condition, I have taken pictures of the few areas where one may be missing. The beading and sequins make this dress heavier than the typical gown.
